What Is “Health”?

It’s more than just the absence of disease. It’s more than having a 6-pack, it’s more than being able to run for 60 minutes, it’s more than being “skinny”. True health should incorporate not only the physical, but the mental, and emotional aspects of the individual as well.

In this episode, we discuss how the ever-moving target of health and fitness has evolved over the past decade and for the most part left people confused and focused on “soft targets” that won’t lead to the state of health they are pursuing.
